Most of the sets and pieces on this site come from my personal collection. Many have been on my display shelves for years. Most are a result of me "cherry picking" the best pieces from the many sets I have owned over roughly 20 years of active buying and selling. Some of these pieces are very rare.

Some sets may appear to be higher priced than some similar items on eBay and other auction sites, but you can rest assured I am attempting to describe these pieces to make sure there are no surprises. If there are repro parts on any of these sets, they will be prominently disclosed. In many cases, I also give you an opportunity to save money by substituting repro parts.

Money from the sales of these pieces are helping pay for two kids in college and other family needs. Please do not ask me to deal on them. Many are priced at what I paid for them originally.

It takes quite a while to clean, photograph, crop, post and describe each set. I can only do a dozen or so sets at a time, so please check back regularly for the newest additions.

General Information
The sets and pieces in my collection have been assembled as a result of 15 years of aggressive collecting. Many of the sets have been constantly upgraded by "cherry picking" sets and by selling off lesser ones. With few exceptions, these sets will be of much higher quality than you will normally find. Prices for some of the sets my seem higher than you might find on the auction sites, but there should be no surprises or worries purchasing any of my pieces. Repro parts (if any) will be clearly identified in the descriptions.

I reserve the right to refuse or restrict sales to anyone at my sole discretion. Please do not expect me to "deal" on these sets. I worked too hard to get them! All sales subject to prior sales. Insurance is optional, but I will not replace or refund orders if you refuse the insurance.
 
Please do not have me hold a set if you don't plan on purchasing it right away.

PLEASE NOTE:
Shipping through the US Post Office has gone up considerably over the past year or so. (It also sounds like they are trying to raise rates again) Boxes 1 cubic foot and smaller are still relatively reasonable, but oversized boxes larger than 1 cubic foot are now being charged at a PREMIUM. The chart below shows the pricing for a 20 lb package 12" x 18" x 24" (3 cubic feet) shipped from Jackson Hole, WY to Lancaster, KY. I can ship two Priority US Mail (one cubic foot) box for considerably less than one large box. With good packaging, about all I can get in one regulation square foot Priority box is one horse and rider set.

You can get an idea how much larger boxes can cost by using the Shipping Calculator however, small parts orders are still shipped by Priority US Mail for $6.. I use Click-n-Ship on most orders and this includes the Delivery Confirmation, but not insurance. This $6 shipping fee is set in stone. I cannot afford to stand in a long line at the post office to try to save a couple of dollars in shipping.

Delivery Confirmation and Insurance must also be figured into the final costs on large boxes.
